How It Works
Setting up in the configuration
1. You can enable the extension easily by switching “Yes” or “No”.
2. We can select the customer group in which your employees can be joined
(first, create a specific customer group in your backend)
3. Uri is for the end of the registration link. It can be set flexibly and depends on your wish
4. The error message which in case the employees fill in the wrong PIN (personal identification number) in the register URL is easily decided here by admin.
5. Here we can select the PIN format and Pin length as well
Manually import
Employees’ accounts can only be accepted if they enter the matching PIN in the backend data. Admin can add the PIN here manually
Automatically import PINs via csv file
Employees’ accounts can only be accepted if they enter the matching PIN in the backend data. Admin can add the PIN via a csv files
Frontend demonstration
- Enter the uri at the end of your main store url
- Fill all the required information and then the system will check whether you enter the correct PINs or not
- In case you enter the wrong PINs, the new account will be saved as standard accounts and an error message will be shown
