Order Proposal Tool for Magento CE

Magento does not support a structured order proposal within standard functionality, as stock and sales data are not combined within any menu.

Our Magento Order Proposal closes this gap by listing sku's with their current stock level, previously stated orders, sales within a definable date range and the resulting stock range. The listed sku's can be filtered by supplier, stock range, pricing etc.

Order quantities can directly be entered in the order grid and are referenced to an individual definable order number. Current orders can be exported by standard Magento functionality.

A history log shows which article was ordered at which date. The order history log can also be filtered by sku, date etc.

Even more functionality is provided in combination with our Magento Receiving Extension. Open orders stated by utilising our order proposal extension are reduced by utilising the prescribed order number. As a result you can see, which order have been fulfilled by which date and which orders are still open.

Due to the calculation of stock range, this tool can also be used to identify sku's with stock levels above requirement and base therefore as a basis to initiate corrective actions, e.g. by special prices etc.
